Is RENCO verified against Türkiye's seismic code (TBDY 2018)?
Not yet. The system is approved in the US under the International Building Code and is a quarter of the weight of concrete, which lowers seismic forces. Verification against TBDY 2018 with a Turkish university laboratory is part of the plan.
Does the system have TSE certification?
No. TSE certification is one of the first steps after a pilot building. Until then, projects in Türkiye would be pilots, not standard permits.
Can the blocks be made in Türkiye?
That is the goal: a licensed moulding facility in Türkiye to serve local projects and export to the region. RENCO's founders have long-standing ties to Türkiye.
What kind of housing suits RENCO?
One- to three-storey homes: village houses, low-rise apartment blocks and similar repeatable layouts that small trained crews can assemble.
